Roots Blower
Roots blowers [1] are positive displacement blowers, consisting of the impeller end faces and the front and rear end covers of the blower. The principle is to use two lobe-shaped rotors to move relative to each other within a cylinder to compress and convey gas, functioning as a rotary compressor. This type of blower has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and is widely used in aerating aquaculture, wastewater treatment aeration, and cement conveying. It is more suitable for gas transportation and pressurization systems under low-pressure conditions and can also be used as a vacuum pump.

1. A wide range of models and specifications, including positive pressure, negative pressure, dry type, and wet type, with closely graded flow rates, making it convenient for users to choose.
2. Uses specially customized imported small clearance bearings for positioning, ensuring reliable axial positioning of the fan impeller and easy adjustment.
3. The impeller adopts an integral casting structure with high surface accuracy (no trimming required during assembly), making the impellers fully interchangeable.
4. In addition to labyrinth seals, the shaft seal can also be in the form of mechanical seals or packing seals, meeting the delivery requirements for different mediums.
